Imo state governor Rochas Okorochas was among the 18-man delegates that followed President Buhari on a 4 day trip to the USA where he was pictured shaking President Obama.
The next thing we are seeing is a banner of the picture with the word 'behold the new faces of change'
Basket mouth blasted Rochas on Instagram, in his words:
